Only one account/profile per student: Creating more than one account/profile will result in all your account/profile being deactivated, blocking any possibility of being put on the waiting list. It may take several days for technical support to resolve this problem.

Precise personal data: The surname, first name and date of birth given in your profile must correspond exactly to those of the future tenant living in the accommodation and holding the lease. This information must be identical to that shown on the copy of the identity card or passport, which will be requested at a later date.

Accuracy of information: You certify that your e-mail address and all the information provided below are correct and complete. Any errors will slow down the waiting list registration process.
